Tracie L Arnell, age 28, of Green River was cited for Driving While Suspended and No Proof of Insurance on 8/24/10 at 00:37 hours on Uinta Drive. Arnell was stopped for failure to dim her high beam headlights. A driver’s license check showed her to be suspended out of Wyoming. Arnell could not produce a valid insurance card.
A report of Battery and Firing a Weapon in Public was investigated on Upland Way when a 16 year old male shot a 19 year old male with an air soft gun. The incident occurred at Upland Way and Pheasant Drive at 15:31 hours on 8/23/10.
