Alissa D Spruell, age 30, of Green River was arrested on 8/14/10 at 15:25 hours on Uinta Drive on a warrant out of District Court for Failure to Appear for an Order to Show Cause Hearing for Child Support.
Alfredo Cervantes, age 41, of Rock Springs was arrested on 8/13/10 at 14:49 hours on Commerce Way on a warrant out of District Court for Revocation of Probation on the original charge of Driving While Intoxicated 4th Offense.
Evelio Salas, age 42, of Green River was arrested on 8/14/10 at 01:38 hours on Monroe Ave for Driving While Intoxicated. Salas was stopped for speeding and further investigation showed Salas to be intoxicated.
Mark R Vradenburgh, of Ogden Utah was arrested on 8/14/10 at 02:46 hours on E Railroad Ave to Trespass. Officers responded to the Union Pacific Rail yard at the request of railroad personnel regarding the removal of a subject from a train. Vradenburgh was asleep on a train car. Vrandenburgh was arrested without incident and transported to county jail.
Justin Nelson, age 18 of Green River was arrested on 8/14/10 at 03:42 hours on Bridger Drive for Shoplifting and Underage Consumption of Alcohol. Officers were dispatched to the Bridger Loaf and Jug regarding a shoplifter. Further investigation showed Justin Nelson had stolen items from the store and was under the influence of alcoholic beverages.
Bennett E Edwards, age 49, of Green River was arrested on 8/14/10 at 19:05 hours on E railroad Ave for Driving While Suspended 2nd Offense. Edward’s vehicle was stopped for no visible registration on the truck he was driving. Further investigation showed Edwards’s driver’s license was suspended.
Cleo Hunter, age 48, of Green River was arrested on 8/15/10 at 17:02 hours on Monroe Ave for Driving While Suspended. Hunter was stopped for speeding and a driver’s license check showed Hunter’s license was suspended out of California.
Austin R Peavler, age 25 of Green River was cited for Driving While Suspended on 8/15/10 at 10:20 hours on Uinta Drive. Peavler was stopped for no visible registration plates and a driver’s license showed Peavler’s license denied out of Colorado.
A report of Domestic Battery was investigated on Riverview Drive, on 8/14/10 at 12:22 hours. The male half of the dispute left before officers arrived. A statement was taken from the victim and a report was forwarded to the County Attorney’s office for review.

Reports of Unlawful Contact were investigated on Uinta Drive and on Arkansas Drive. A report of Credit Card Fraud was taken on E 2nd N. A verbal dispute was reported on Crossbow Drive. A juvenile problem was reported on Missouri Court. A report of Accidental Damage was taken on New Mexico Street. A cell phone was found at the spray park at Evers Park. A report of Too Many Animals was investigated on Iowa Circle.
