Casey W Cass, age 40, of Leavenworth Washington, was arrested on 8/13/10 at 02:42 hours on N 2nd E for Driving While Intoxicated. Officers investigated a suspicious vehicle with out of state registration plates at the Harvest Time Church. When officers approached the vehicle it began to drive off driving over a curb. A traffic stop was initiated and the drive was found to be intoxicated.
