Officers responded to a traffic collision at East Flaming Gorge Way and Uinta Drive(Highway 530) that resulted in a fatality. Our agency requested Wyoming Highway Patrol's reconstruction team to investigate the collision, which they agreed to and took over the investigation. The Green River Police Department would like to thank Wyoming Highway Patrol and the Sweetwater County Sheriff's Office for their assistance.

Officers responded to a two vehicle collision. It was reported a vehicle was traveling north on Uinta Drive and struck the trailer hitch on a vehicle that turned south onto Uinta Drive from Astle Avenue. No injuries were reported, Mercedes Negrete, age 18 of Green River, was issued a citation for a red light violation.

Officers responded to a report of a two vehicle collision. It was reported a vehicle turned north bound onto Uinta Drive from the Harley Davidson parking lot and struck a vehicle traveling southbound on Uinta Drive. No injuries were reported, officers completed a report regarding the incident.
