Officers responded to a report of a two vehicle collision. It was reported a parked and unoccupied vehicle was struck by a vehicle traveling east on Kentucky Street. The driver stated they attempted to contact the owner of the vehicle, was unsuccessful and left. No injuries were reported, a 17 year old male, of Green River, was issued a citation for inattentive driving.

Officers responded to a report of a verbal dispute between a school bus driver and a parent at a bus stop. The bus driver was aware a homeowner had an issue with kids messing with lights in their yard. The bus driver spoke to the parent about crossing a yard after seeing them and kids do so. After the verbal dispute, the bus driver thought they saw the parent in their vehicle with a firearm.
Upon arrival, officers contacted the involved parties, checked the parent and vehicle and no firearm
was found. The parent advised they had a cell phone in their hand. Officers completed an initial report for disturbing the peace, the incident is still under investigation.

Animal Control Officers are investigating a report of two 4H pigs missing from the 4H Barn. The pigs were described as approximately 30 -40 pounds, one pig is solid black with white feet and the other is white with a black spot on each side.
