Michael C Cummings, age 20, of Green River was arrested on 7/26/10 at 21:30 hours at the Green River Police Department. Cummings came into the Police Department to pick up some paper work and it was determined he had an outstanding warrant out of Municipal Court for Contempt of Court on the original charge of Underage Consumption 2nd offense.
Fernando Melgoza-Lopez, age 35, of Green River was arrested on 7/26/10 at 18:03 hours on Schultz Street. Officers stopped Lopez for a cell phone violation. A check of Lopez’ driver’s license showed him to be under suspension out of the state of Utah. Lopez was arrested and charged with Driving While Suspended and Illegal Use of a Cell Phone.
Officers investigated crashes at Norberg Towing parking lot and at the Sunshine Laundry parking lot. A Disturbing the Peace warning was issued on Medicine Bow Drive.
