Richard C Summers, age 34, of West Jordan Utah was cited for Driving While Suspended on 7/25/10 at 13:11 hours on Uinta Drive.
Shauna L Gipson, age 22, of Helena Montana was arrested on 7/24/10 at 12:09 hours on W 2nd S. Offices stopped a passenger car for speeding. The driver was identified through her Montana driver’s license. A records check showed an outstanding warrant out of Circuit Court for Failure to Appear on the original charge of No Insurance.
Jacob C Doak, age 21, of Green River was arrested on 7/24/10 at 02:08 hours on Monroe Ave. Doak was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped for an equipment violation. A records check showed Doak to have an outstanding warrant out of Circuit Court for a probation violation on the original charge of Minor Under the Influence of Alcohol.
Stephen T Barneski, age 19, of Rock Springs was cited for Underage Consumption of Alcohol on 7/23/10 at 22:55 hours on W 2nd N.
Jeffrey P Peterson, age 54 of Green River was arrested on 7/23/10 at 17:25 hours on E Railroad Ave. Officers were called to a Hit and Run accident on E Railroad Street. Further investigation showed Peterson struck and knocked over a motorcycle and then left the scene. Peterson was later located and was issued citations for Hit and Run and Driving While Suspended.
Denise E White, age 53 of Green River was arrested on 7/23/10 at 16:22 hours on Monroe Ave. Officers were called to a Domestic Dispute. Investigation showed that White had assaulted her boyfriend. Further investigation showed White to be in possession of an illegal drug pipe. White was charged with domestic Battery and Possession of Narcotic equipment.
Veronica Villegas, age 38, of Green River was arrested on 7/23/10 at 14:45 hours on E 2nd S. Officers stopped a vehicle for speeding. Villegas refused to sign the citation for Speeding and after having to physically removed from her vehicle was arrested. Villegas was charged with Speeding and Interference with a Police Officer.
Steven Smith, age 19, of Green River was issued a citation for Trespass on 7/24/10 at 20:59 hours on Colorado Drive.
Officers investigated crashed on W Teton Blvd, on Mountain View Drive and also at the Movie Theatre parking lot. Battery reports were taken on E 2nd N and on Jensen Street. Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Hitching Post Drive. Larceny reports were investigated on Fawn Circle and on E Flaming Gorge Way. A Malicious Mischief report was taken on Cumorah Way.
A Verbal Dispute was reported on Mountain View Drive. A Vicious Animal report was investigated on W Teton Blvd. A ring was found on Expedition Island, a license plate was found on Iowa Circle, and a laptop computer was found on Trona Drive.
