Erik V Flaten, age 18 and a 16 year old male, both of Green River, were arrested on6/20/10 at 14:20 hours on Evan Drive. Officers responded to 450 Evans Street for a civil standby and upon arrival they noticed a strong odor of marijuana present. Further investigation lead to a consent search of the residence and a marijuana pipe and small amount of marijuana were recovered.
Bennett Edwards, age 49, of Green River was cited for Driving While Suspended on 6/19/10 at 21:45 hours on E 3rd S. Bennett’s vehicle was stopped for a traffic infraction and a routine driver’s license check showed Bennett’s drivers license to be suspended through 2013.
Sabraa Lee Greenway, age 41 of Green River was arrested on 6/20/10 at 12:27 hours on E 3rd N for Aggravated Domestic Battery and Interference with an Emergency Call. Officers responded to a Domestic call at 241 E 3 N and learned that Greenway threw a pair of scissors at her live in boyfriend Marc Crawford. Crawford told officers when he tried to call the police Greenway tore the phone cord from the wall.
Jeff Oneida, age 51 of Green River was arrested on 6/19/10 at 19:32 hours on S 7th W for Driving While Intoxicated. Officers were dispatched to a crash in the area of Blake Street and S 7th W. Investigation showed Oneida to be under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash. Oneida was unable to perform field sobriety maneuvers successfully and he was arrested. Oneida refused to provide breath sample at the Sweetwater County jail.
Dena R Wilde, age 37 of Green River was cited for Willful Refusal to Obey an Officer at a vehicle fire on Upland Way on 6/19/10 at 12:34 hours. Wilde drove around traffic cones set up by officers to divert traffic.
Joel Dallman reported losing his wallet on Railroad Ave on 6/18/10 at 17:00 hours. When Dallman returned to the area he learned from Katherine Stewart she had found the wallet but given to another male subject who claimed the wallet was his. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555.
Malicious Mischief reports were taken on Wilderness Trail when juveniles on bicycles destroyed solar lights on W Teton Blvd at Pioneer Park on 6/19/10 at 23:35 hours. Kathryn McAlpine reported coaxial cable for her internet service was cut on Idaho Street on 6/18/10 at 15:47 hours. Anyone with information regarding these incidents please call the GRPD at 872-0555.
A report of Interference with Custody was taken on Washakie Drive when Carline Lew reported her juvenile son was taken out of state by her ex-husband Frank Lew without her permission.
Mary Hutchinson on Younger Georgia reported losing her wallet while passing through Green River on 6/20/10. Younger thought she may have lost it in the area of McDonald’s restaurant. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555. A Nuisance Animal report was taken on Pennsylvania Blvd. Verbal disputes were reported on Aspen Way and on Greasewood Street.
