The charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
The following events were reported between 6:00 a.m. on May 16, 2014 and 6:00 a.m. on May 17, 2014:
Officers responded to an address on California Drive in reference to a report of a hit and run.
Animal Control Officers responded to the Green River High School in reference to a report of a dog at large.
Animal Control Officers responded to an address on New Hampshire Street in reference to a report of a dog at large.
Animal Control Officers responded to an address on Florida Drive in reference to a report of a dog at large.
Officers assisted a citizen at the Green River Police Department.
Officers responded to the intersection of Uinta Drive and Astle Avenue in reference to a report of a crash.
Officers responded to an address on West 5th North Street in reference to a report of a juvenile problem.
Officers assisted Probation and Parole Agents at the Probation and Parole Office.
Officers responded to an address on Wilderness Trail in reference to a trespass warning.
Officers responded to an address on Mansface Street in reference to a report of suspicious circumstances.
Officers responded to the area of Colorado Drive and Upland Way in reference to a report of a juvenile problem.
Officers assisted Agents with the Wyoming Department of Family Services at an address on West 2nd North Street.
Officers responded to an address on Boulder Drive in reference to a civil matter.
Officers responded to the Green River Police Department in reference to a citizen assist.
Officers responded to an address on Uinta Drive in reference to an alarm.
Officers responded to an address on West Teton Boulevard in reference to a citizen assist.
Officers responded to the area of Bridger Drive in reference to a REDDI Report. Officers were able to locate the vehicle and determined the driver was not intoxicated.
Kerry Beck, age 60, was arrested on a valid, Rock Springs Municipal Court Warrant.
Officers responded to Riverview Drive in reference to information. The reporting party advised they had seen a truck, loaded with pallets, traveling towards Telephone Canyon. Officers contacted Deputies with the Sweetwater County Sheriff’s Department and advised them of the circumstances.
Officers responded to an address on South Wagonwheel Drive in reference to a traffic complaint.
Officers responded to an address on New Hampshire Street in reference to a report of a barking dog. Officers made contact with the owner of the dog and they were advised.
Officers responded to Expedition Island in reference to a report of a juvenile disturbance.
Officers completed VIN Inspections at the Green River Police Department and at an address on West Flaming Gorge Way.

Officers responded to an address on Maryland Drive in reference to a citizen assist.
Animal Control Officers responded to an address on North Carolina Way in reference to a report of an injured rabbit.
Officers responded to Expedition Island in reference to a report of found property.
Animal Control Officers responded to an address on Bramwell Street in reference to a report of a dog at large.
Officers responded to an address on Powell Street in reference to a report of larceny. The reporting party said they had six solar lights taken from their yard.
Animal Control Officers responded to an address on Buckboard Lane in reference to a report of a vicious animal.
Officers completed VIN Inspections at the Police Department.

Officers responded to the area of East Flaming Gorge Way at Uinta Drive in reference to a REDDI Report. Officers contacted the driver of the vehicle and determined they were not intoxicated.

Officers assisted personnel with Castle Rock Ambulance Service at an address on Fawn Circle.
Officers responded to an address on Palmers Court in reference to a report of suspicious circumstances.
Officers responded to an address on Bridger Drive in reference to a 911 call. Upon arrival, Officers determined everything was okay and the call was accidental.
Officers responded to an address on Maryland Drive in reference to a report of harassment.
Officers responded to an address on Cumorah Way in reference to a citizen assist.
