Chris Steffen, Chief of Police reports:

The charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

The following events were reported between 6:00 a.m. on February 17, 2014 and 6:00 a.m. on February 18, 2014:

Officers were dispatched to an address on Maryland Drive, in reference to a welfare check.

Officers responded to an address on Uinta Drive, in regards to a report of a larceny. It was reported a suspect fueled up a vehicle and left without paying.

Officers were dispatched to an address on East 2nd South, in reference to a parking complaint. The owner of the vehicle was contacted and moved the vehicle.

Officers responded to an address on Arizona Street, regarding a report of a larceny. It was reported items were stolen from outside the residence.

Animal Control Officers responded to an address on Wind River Drive, regarding an animal call. Upon arrival, Animal Control Officers were advised a dog fell out of a vehicle on the roadway and was picked up by another driver.

Animal Control Officers were dispatched to an address on Hackberry Street, regarding report of a dog at large call. Animal Control Officers located a white poodle.

Officers were dispatched to an address on West Teton Boulevard, in reference to a verbal dispute.

Officers completed a VIN inspection on Clark Street.

Officers were dispatched to an address on West Teton Boulevard, in reference to a citizen assist.

Officers responded to the area of Highway 530 and Upland Way, regarding a report of a traffic complaint.

Officers were dispatched to an address on Hitching Post Drive, regarding a noise complaint.

Officers responded to an address on North 1st East, in reference to a parking complaint. It was reported a vehicle was parked blocking a fire hydrant.

Officers were dispatched to an address on Riverview Drive, in reference to a 911 call. Upon arrival, Officers checked the area and were advised the call sounded like static on the line.

Officers were dispatched to an address on West 3rd North, in reference to a 911 call.
