The charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
The following events were reported between 6:00 a.m. on January 28, 2014 and 6:00 a.m. on January 29, 2014:
Officers assisted a motorist on Uinta Drive.
Officers responded to an address on Barnhart Street in reference to a citizen assist regarding questions about a property issue.
Officers responded to an address on West 5th North in reference to a citizen assist.
Officers completed VIN inspections at the Green River Police Department and at an address on East Teton Boulevard.
Animal Control Officers responded to an address on Crossbow Drive in reference to a report of a barking dog complaint.
Officers responded to the Green River Police Department lobby in reference to a report of information on a stolen vehicle.
Officers responded to an address on West Teton Boulevard in reference to an alarm. Everything was reported to be okay and the alarm was being tested.
Officers attempted to locate a vehicle in Green River in reference to a traffic complaint received by Wyoming Highway Patrol.
Officers responded to an address on South 5th East in reference to a report of a residential alarm. Upon arrival, Officers contacted the owner and determined everything was okay.
Officers took a report of Domestic Violence at an address on Log Cabin Lane.
Officers responded to the Green River Police Department for a citizen assist.
Officers assisted Wyoming Highway Patrol on a traffic stop on Uinta Drive.
Officers responded to an address on Barnhart Street in reference to a suspicious activity. Officers contacted the reporting party, who were advised the incident had previously been reported.
Officers responded to an address on Stage Place in reference to an attempted fraud.
Animal Control Officers took a report of a dog bite at an address on Tennessee Drive.
Officer took a report of a hit and run vehicle crash on East 2nd South between two vehicles in transport. Suspect vehicle a smaller dark colored SUV reportedly struck a trailer being towed by another vehicle and continued driving.
Officers responded to the area of Railroad Avenue in reference to a report of a suspicious vehicle parked in the lane of travel.
Officers responded to an address on Bridger Drive in reference to a civil standby regarding property.
Officers contacted a resident by telephone in reference to a citizen assist regarding questions about restraining orders.
Officers responded to an address on Trona Drive in reference to a report of property destruction to a window in a residence.
Officers responded to an address on South Wagonwheel in reference to a report of citizen assist.
Officers responded to an address on East 4th South in reference to a report of a disturbance involving a verbal dispute.
Officers responded to the area of Schultz Street in reference to a report of a hit and run vehicle crash. Michelle Torres, age 21, was arrested for Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol and issued citations for Hit and Run Unattended Property and Careless Driving.
