The charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
The following events were reported on January 2, 2013:
Officers responded to an address on West Flaming Gorge Way, in reference to returning property.
Officers located an unsecure property in Pioneer Park, the property was checked and everything appeared to be okay.
Officers and Ambulance Personnel were dispatched to an address on South Wagonwheel, in reference to an injured subject, who refused transport to the hospital.
Officers were dispatched to an address on East 4th South, regarding damage to a parked vehicle. A report was written, documenting the event.
Officers responded to an address on Keith Drive, in reference to a hit and run crash. Officer later made contact with the driver of the vehicle and she was issued a citation.
Officers and Ambulance Personnel were dispatched to an address on Moran Drive, regarding an elderly male with hip pain.
Officers responded to an address on Jensen Street, in reference to a juvenile runaway. The juvenile later returned to the residence and was advised.
Officers were dispatched to an address on Evers Street, regarding a parking complaint.
Officers responded to the Police Department lobby, in reference to a fraud. This case is currently under active investigation.
Officers were dispatched to the area of Riverview Drive and Cedar Street, regarding a traffic complaint. It was reported that the driver of a black GMC SUV was driving erratically on the interstate.
Officers responded to the Police Department lobby and met with a subject, who wanted to make a report of identity theft. This case is actively being investigated by the GRPD Detective Division.
Officers were dispatched to an address on Logan Street, regarding a welfare check.
Officers and Ambulance Personnel responded to an address on Crossbow Drive, in reference to an elderly female with dementia.
Officers were dispatched to the Police Department lobby, regarding questions about a civil matter.
Officers conducted numerous VIN checks, including addresses on East 2nd North and North 7th West.
Officers responded to an address on Crossbow Drive, in reference to a citizen assist.
Officers and Ambulance Personnel were dispatched to an address on Reynolds Street, in reference to an elderly female that had fallen and was complaining of pain.
Officers and Ambulance Personnel responded to an address on Crossbow Drive, regarding a female having a seizure.
Officers were dispatched to an address on Cheyenne Drive, in reference to a report of child neglect.
