Chris Steffen, Chief of Police reports:

The following events were reported on November 20, 2013:

The charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Officers assisted school crossing guards with traffic control on East Teton Boulevard.

Animal Control Officers responded to an address on Andrews Street in reference to a report of a Nuisance Animal.

Animal Control Officers responded to West Teton Boulevard in reference to a report of a Dog at Large.

Officers responded to an address on East Teton Boulevard in reference to a report of possible Identity Theft.

Officers took a report of an Assault at Lincoln Middle School.

Officers responded to an address on Hitching Post Drive in reference to a report of a Violation of a Court Order.

Officers responded to the Police Department Lobby in reference to a report of Fraud. The victim reported their credit card was used to purchase items in China.

Officers assisted agents with the Wyoming Department of Family Services on Cumorah Way.

Officers responded to an address on Buckboard Lane in reference to a Civil Matter. The reporting party had questing regarding an order of protection.

Officers assisted agents with the Wyoming Department of Probation and Parole. Paul Castillo, age 32, was arrested on an Arrest and Hold Order.

Officers responded to an address on Crossbow Drive in reference to a report of Fraud.

Officers responded to an address on South 5th East in reference to a report of a vehicle crash. Susana Pacheco, age 21, was issued a citation for Inattentive Driving.

Officers responded to an address on Bridger Drive in reference to a report of Criminal Entry. The victim reported an unknown person had entered a residence without permission.

Officers responded to an address on Buckboard Lane in reference to a report of a Disturbance.

Officers responded to an address on Ironwood Street in reference to a report of Trespassing. During the investigation, Nicole Bryson, age 30, was arrested on a valid Sweetwater County Arrest Warrant for Failure to Pay on the original charge of Larceny.

Officers assisted Ambulance Personnel at an address on Logan Street.

Officers responded to Georgia Way in reference to an alarm. Upon arrival, Officers determined everything was okay.

Officers assisted a citizen on Uinta Drive.

Officers responded to the area of Uinta Drive in reference to a REDDI Report.

Alexia Perry, age 22, was arrested for Public Intoxication. Perry was contacted by Officers in reference to an unrelated matter. During the contact, Perry was found to be intoxicated and uncooperative.

Officers responded to Monroe Avenue in reference to a report of a traffic hazard. Responding Officers removed the hazard from the roadway.

Officers assisted Fire Personnel on Uinta Drive. A fire alarm was set off because of low batteries.

Officers took a report of a Suspicious Vehicle on East Flaming Gorge Way.
