The following events were reported on November 8, 2013:
The charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
Officers responded to an address on East Flaming Gorge Way in reference to a report of an Abandoned Vehicle. Officers tagged the vehicle for Five Day Parking.
Officers responded to an address on West 4th North Street in reference to a Welfare Check. Officers were requested to check on the welfare of a child at the residence. The child was found to be okay.
Officers responded to an address on Missouri Court in reference to a Welfare Check. The reporting party advised their friend would not answer the telephone. Officers checked and found the resident to be okay.
Officers responded to an address on West Flaming Gorge Way in reference to a Welfare Check. Upon arrival Officers determined the subject in question was okay.
Officers responded to an address on Uinta Drive in reference to a report of Trespassing. Officers checked with the owner of the property and determined the subjects were not Trespassing and had permission from the property owner to be there.
Officers took a report of an Assault at the Green River High School.
Animal Control Officers responded to Hitching Post Drive in reference to a report of a Dog at Large. Animal Control Officers were unable to locate the dog.
Nathan Draney, age 31, was arrested for Driving with a Suspended Driver’s License and for driving without an Ignition Interlock Device.
Officers took a report at the Police Department of a Scam. The victim reported he received a letter in the mail advising him he had won $355,000.00 in a lottery. In the letter, the lottery agency requested $3850.00 be sent to them as a processing fee.
Officers assisted the Wyoming Department of Family Services at an address on Elm Street.
Officers responded to the area of North 6th West Street in reference to a report of a Suspicious Person.
Officers responded to an address on East Flaming Gorge Way in reference to a Welfare Check. Joseph Bernal, age 19, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Marijuana, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Spice, and Use of a Controlled Substance.
Officers took a report of a possible Scam at an address on East 5th South Street. The victim reported they had received a suspicious email from a person wanting to order Scentsy products.
Animal Control Officers responded to an address on Iowa Avenue in reference to a report of a Dog at Large. Animal Control Officers impounded the dog and transported it to the Animal Shelter.
Animal Control Officers took a report of a Dog Bite at an address on West Teton Boulevard.
Officers responded to the area of East Flaming Gorge Way in reference to a REDDI Report. Officers later located the vehicle and the vehicle was parked and unoccupied.
Officers responded to the area of Hitching Post Drive in reference to a report of Juvenile Problem. Several children were found knocking on doors and windows in the area.
Officers responded to an address on West Teton Boulevard in reference to a report of Threats. Three subjects were issued a Trespass Warning for the residence.
Officers responded to Uinta Drive in reference to a report of a Vehicle Accident. A driver struck a deer with their vehicle.
Officers assisted Fire Fighters at an address on Kit Carson Drive. Everything was determined to be okay.
Officers responded to an address on Evans Street in reference to a report of a Barking Dog. Officers were unable to make contact with the residence and posted a notice on the door.
Officers responded to an address on Riverview Drive in reference to a Welfare Check.
Officers took a report of a Disturbance on East Flaming Gorge Way. Kyle Calkins, age 24, was arrested for Public Intoxication after Calkins was seen walking away from the area of the disturbance and was determined to be intoxicated.
Officers responded to an address on North 8th West Street in reference to a report of a Domestic Disturbance.
Officers assisted Ambulance Personnel on East Flaming Gorge Way.
Officers completed Vin Inspections on Arapahoe Circle, Fir Street and at the Police Department.
The following events were reported on November 9, 2013:
Officers responded to an address on South Wagonwheel Drive in reference to a report of Disturbing the Peace. The reporting party advised they could hear loud music in their residence coming from a neighbor’s residence.
Officers responded to an address on South Wagowheel Drive in reference to a report of Disturbing the Peace. The reporting party advised they could hear a person yelling at their cat.
Officers assisted a citizen on Kentucky Street. The person had questions regarding a Civil Matter.
Animal Control Officers responded to an address on West Teton Boulevard in reference to a report of a Dog at Large. Upon arrival, the owners had control of the dog.
Officers responded to an address on Maryland Drive in reference to a Citizen Assist.
Officers responded to an address on East Flaming Gorge Way in reference to a report of a Parking Problem.
Animal Control Officers responded to an address on Mansface Street in reference to a report of a Dog at Large. Animal Control Officer impounded a Labrador Retriever and transported it to the Animal Shelter.
Officers responded to the Police Department Lobby in reference to a report of Found Property. A man’s ring was located on East Flaming Gorge Way.
Officers responded to the area of South 4th West Street in reference to a report of possible Fire. Officers located three transients underneath the railroad bridge with a fire they had lit. Officers advised the transients it was illegal to have an uncontained fire inside City Limits. The transients put the fire out and left the area.
Officers responded to an address on Daniel Boone Drive in reference to a Traffic Complaint.
Animal Control Officers responded to the Green River Horse Corrals concerning the condition of some of the Horses.
Animal Control Officers responded to an address on Riverview Drive in reference to cats that had been located underneath a resident’s porch.
Officers assisted a citizen on North 2nd West Street.
Animal Control Officers responded to Collier Park in reference to a report of a Dog at Large. Animal Control Officers impounded a Pit Bull and transported it to the Animal Shelter.
Officers responded to an address on Jensen Street in reference to a report of a Juvenile Problem.
Animal Control Officers responded to an address on Firehhole Place in reference to a report of dead deer.
Officers took a report of a Violation of a Court Order on Conestoga Lane.
Officers assisted Ambulance Personnel on Schultz Street.
Officers responded to an address on Wisconsin Court in reference to a report of a Disturbance.

Officers assisted a citizen on Maryland Drive.
Officers responded to an address on East Flaming Gorge Way in reference to an Abandoned Vehicle. The vehicle was tagged for Five Day Parking.
Officers responded to the area of Nolan Street in reference to a REDDI Report. Officers later located the vehicle and it was parked and unoccupied.
Officers responded to Andrews Street in reference to a Citizen Assist. The subject had questions regarding a relative.
Officers responded to an address on East Flaming Gorge Way in reference to question regarding a Civil Matter.
Officers responded to an address on East 3rd North Street in reference to a Parking Problem.
Officers responded to an address on Wyoming Drive in reference to a Civil Standby.
Officers responded to an address on Crossbow Drive in reference to a report of a Disturbance.
From November 8, 2013 through November 10, 2013, Officers took 19 reports of Property Destruction and Auto Burglaries on the north side of Green River.
