Chris Steffen, Chief of Police reports:

The following events were reported on November 4, 2013:

Officers assisted a citizen on New Mexico Street. A subject had questions regarding civil issues.

Officers responded to West Virginia Street in reference to a report of a vehicle Passing a School Bus.

Officers responded to an address on Firehole Place in reference to a citizen assist. A person had questions regarding suspicious messages on her computer.

Officers responded to an address on Hackberry Street in reference to a report of Obtaining Property by False Pretenses. The victim purchased an item on the Internet only to discover later the website he purchased it from was fraudulent.

Officers assisted Probation and Parole Agents.

Officers assisted a citizen on Buckboard Lane. A person had question regarding the sale of a vehicle.

Officers responded to an address on West Railroad Avenue in reference to a report of Larceny. The victim reported an item was taken off of his camper trailer.

Officers responded to an address on Shoshone Avenue in reference to a 911 call. Responding Officers determined everything was okay and the call was accidental.

Officers responded to an address on Anvil Drive in reference to questions regarding Civil Issues.

Officers responded to a fire alarm on Cliff View Drive.

Officers responded to an address on Anvil Drive in reference to a Civil Standby.

Officers responded to a Traffic Complaint on Uinta Dr.

Officers took a report of a Suspicious Person on North 6th West Street.

Officers completed Vin Inspections on Aspen Street, Hillcrest Way, South 4th East Street, Hitching Post Drive and at the Police Department.
