Frederick A Piecuch, age 28, of Green River was arrested on 5/18/13 at 02:38 am on Mountain View Drive for Driving While Intoxicated. Piecuch was stopped for multiple traffic violations and subsequent investigation showed he was intoxicated. Piecuch was taken into custody and a breath test at the jail showed his blood alcohol concentration was over the legal limit.

Jeremy T Hall, age 18, of Green River, was arrested on 5/18/13 at 03:45 am on Green River Way for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Spice. A 16 year old male was also arrested for Possession of Spice and Illegal Possession of Prescription Medication. A 15 year old female and a 16 year old female were cited for Curfew and released to a guardian. All four subjects were in a vehicle stopped by police as a suspicious vehicle and having juveniles in the vehicle after curfew.

Officers investigated a report of a Domestic Dispute on W Flaming Gorge Way when a third party reported the disturbance. Officers interviewed the male and female subjects involved and no arrests were made. A report was forwarded to the County Attorney’s office for review.

Officers investigated a report of Shoplifting on Bridger Drive when the clerk of the store reported two adult males stealing candy bars from the store. The surveillance video was not available to officers at the time of the incident. The investigation is ongoing.

A Fraud report was taken on W Teton Blvd when the victim advised someone used his name to purchase property in California and the state of California is trying to collect back taxes on the property.

Officers investigated a report of a violation of a Protection Order on Railroad Street when the victim advised he is receiving telephone calls from his ex-wife contrary to the court order. The suspect was contacted and admitted to the violation and a report was forwarded to the County Attorney’s office for review.

Officers investigated a report of a Vicious Animal on Anvil Drive when the victim advised she was chased in her own yard by neighbor’s dogs. The dog’s owner voluntarily surrendered both dogs to the shelter.

A Disturbing the Peace complaint was taken on Locust Street. The suspect was contacted and agreed to turn down the loud music.

Officers took a crash report on Vermont Court when a vehicle driven by Alan Staley backed into a parked car owned by Harold Baugh. No injuries were reported and damage to both vehicles was estimated at over $1000 each.

A report of a lost wallet was taken by telephone when the owner’s father reported his son left his wallet at the Oak Tree Inn.

A report of a Child Custody Dispute was taken on Wilderness Trail when the mother reported her ex-husband continues to return their child after the hours agreed to in the court papers. A report was forwarded to the County Attorney’s office for review.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Bridger Drive with a 46 year old male suffering from shortness of breath.

Animal Control Officers received a call for an animal carcass removal from Hitching Post Drive.

Officers responded to a complaint regarding transients on E Flaming Gorge Way. They were contacted and warned for trespass.

Ambulance personnel were dispatched to a traffic crash on I80 at mile post 90; a female subject was transported to the hospital.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Schultz Street with an 80 year old male who had fallen and injured his leg.

Animal Control Officers responded to a report of a squirrel in a cat trap on Butte Street.

Animal Control Officers responded to a report of a skunk in a trap on Faith Drive.

A Nuisance Animal complaint was taken on Indiana Court; a yellow dog was impounded.
