Floyd Whiting, age 33, of Cheyenne Wyoming, was arrested on 5/17/13 at 03:14 am on W Teton Blvd at Crossbow Drive for Driving While Intoxicated. Whiting was stopped for a turn signal violation and subsequent investigation showed he was intoxicated. Whiting was taken into custody and a breath test at the County jail showed his blood alcohol concentration was over double the legal limit.

Officers took a report of a car Passing a School Bus when the stop sign and lights were activated. A suspect vehicle was developed and when officers went to the residence, no one was at home. The investigation is ongoing.

Officers took a report of an Attempted Fraud on Massachusetts Court when the reporting party advised he sold a boat on KSL Classifieds and when he received the check it was $90.00 over the agreed upon price. He then discovered the check was no good. He was not out any money or property and just wanted to report the incident to police.

Officers took a report of a crash on Daniel Boone Drive when a car driven by Michael Anson backed into a parked car owned by Kenneth Gold. No injuries were reported and damage to both vehicles was minor.

Officers assisted Probation and Parole agents by witnessing a client’s drug test on Commerce Way.

Officers responded to a report of suspicious circumstances on W. Teton Blvd when an apartment manager advised she noticed a screen out of a window of a basement apartment; the apartment was checked and no one was there.

Officers responded to a nuisance animal complaint on Wisconsin Ct; the officer could not locate a barking dog in the area.
