George D Forrester, age 57, of Green River was arrested on 5/9/13, at 9:08 pm on Uinta Drive for Driving While Intoxicated. Forrester was stopped for a headlight violation and subsequent investigation showed he was intoxicated. Forrester was taken into custody and transported to jail where a breath test showed his blood alcohol concentration was over the legal limit.

Tammy H Hughes, age 30, of Green River was arrested on 5/9/13 at 11:12 pm on E Flaming Gorge Way for Driving While Suspended, Child Endangering, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana and No Insurance. Officers were dispatched to a motel on W Flaming Gorge Way regarding a disturbance and subsequent investigation showed Hughes left in a car with her two minor children. When Hughes was contacted officers discovered her license to be suspended and she was in possession of the controlled substances.

Officers took a report of an Identity Theft when the victim advised someone was using his social security card in Tennessee. The victim stated he has never been to Tennessee.

Officers assisted Probation and Parole agents by witnessing a client’s drug test on Commerce Way.

Animal Control Officers responded to an address on N 1st W regarding an animal carcass; the animal was removed.

Officers responded to a request for assistance from Department of Family Service out of Bridger

Valley regarding a welfare check. No one answered the door at the residence on Riverview Drive.

Officers responded to a report of a disturbance on Wilkes Drive; a landlord tenant dispute that was verbal and no arrests were made.

Officers responded to a request for a welfare check on N 1st E; the child was checked and was being cared for appropriately by the mother.

Animal Control Officers responded to an address on E Teton regarding a barking dog. The owner was not at home and a note was left at the residence regarding the complaint.
