ACO’s responded to an address on Lombard to receive a complaint of a barking dog on Hutton Circle.

On March 29 at about 1715 hours, Officers were dispatched to the Adult Probation and Parole Office to make an arrest. Jesse D. Collins was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, namely Heroin. Subsequent investigation provided additional information regarding Collin’s drug use, and a warrant for search and seizure was obtained to search Collin’s property which was being stored at a local residence. With the cooperation of the occupant of the resident Collin’s property was searched and additional drug paraphernalia and suspect Heroin were located.

Officers were dispatched to Adult Probation and Parole to make an arrest. Gage M. King of Rock Springs was arrested for violating the conditions of his probation for burglary.

Officers observed a car with occupants parked at a local business in the early morning hours after the business was closed. Upon making contact with the occupants, the officer smelled the odor of marijuana. A subsequent search of the vehicle turned up suspect marijuana. Trevor L. Duvall of Green River was cited for possession of a controlled substance and a juvenile passenger in the vehicle was cited for curfew and released to her father.

Officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation at about 0353 hours and upon making contact with the occupants of the vehicle discovered that one of the passengers was a juvenile. The juvenile was cited for curfew and released to her mother.

Officers observed Debra Mount of Green River on a city street and knew there was a warrant for her arrest out of Green River Municipal Court. Officers made contact with her, confirmed the warrant was valid and she was arrested on the warrant for Contempt of Court.

Officers took a report of fraudulent use of a debit card. A suspect has been identified.

Officers were dispatched to a disturbance on Wilson at 0610 am., in reference to a subject yelling and screaming and throwing things around outside. Officers made contact with the person causing the disturbance and asked him to stop disturbing the peace, which he did.

Officers responded to an address on Wilson St. in reference to two nuisance yards.

Officers responded to the area of Ironwood and Cedar in reference to a black and white dog chasing deer around the area.

Officers assisted personnel at Adult Probation and Parole.

ACO’s addressed an animal problem on Powell.

ACO’s responded to the area of 4th South and 3rd East for a dog at large.

Officers responded to 420 Wilkes in reference to a dispute to a renter being evicted.

Officers received a complaint of an identity theft.

ACO’s addressed a nuisance animal on Hitching Post.

Officers were called regarding concerns a parent has with their juvenile child.

Officers responded to the area of Monroe Middle School regarding children running in the streets and almost getting hit by traffic. The youth were contacted and agreed to stay out of the street.

Officers were dispatched to the rail yard in reference to transients.
