Rusti Lynn Estep, age 35, of Green River was arrested on 3/1/13 at 4:02 pm on Commerce Way on an Arrest and Hold Order from Probation and Parole. Estep was taken into custody and transported to jail without incident.
Shawna C Grilley, age 23, of Green River was arrested on 3/2/13 at 7:11 am on Monroe Ave on a warrant out of Circuit Court for Failure to Appear. Grilley was stopped for speeding and a driver’s license check showed Grilley had an outstanding arrest warrant and her license was suspended. Grilley was taken into custody and transported to jail. She was also charged with Driving While Officers investigated a report of Defrauding an Innkeeper on W Flaming Gorge Way when an employee from Penny’s Diner advised five subjects ate a meal and skipped out without paying their bill of over forty dollars. Two of the suspects have been identified and the investigation is ongoing.

Officers investigated a Hit and Run crash on Washington Street when an unknown vehicle struck a parked car owned by Florence Jones. Damage to the Jones’ car was estimated at under $1000.

Officers investigated a crash at the Green Rick Village parking lot when a vehicle driven by Stephen T Barneski struck a sign pole causing $200 in damages to the pole. Minor damge was reported to the Barneski vehicle. Barneski was cited for Failure to Provide Proof of Insurance.

Officers took a report of an Attempted Fraud on Wyoming Drive when the victim stated she received a phone call from a man informing her she won $295. The victim stated the male had a heavy Jamaican accent and she hung up the phone when she realized it was a scam. The victim wanted to report the incident to police to warn others of the scam.

Officers took a Fraud report on Evers Street when the victim advised someone tried to use her personal information to obtain a credit card and was declined. The victim stated she contacted the credit card company and they told her they did decline the request and that no activity was on the victim’s account. The investigation is ongoing.

A Malicious Mischief report was taken on Elk Mountain Circle when the victim advised someone shot out a rear window of her car while parked at the Maverick Store or at her residence. Officers observed the damage was probably caused from a projectile from a bb gun.

Officers were dispatched to a barking dog complaint on E Teton Blvd. The dog’s owner could not be contacted and a warning was left at the residence. Animal Control was contacted to follow up on the complaint.

Animal Control Officers responded to a complaint of a dog at large on Easy Street; a white Shih Tzu dog was impounded.

Officers responded to a report of a domestic dispute on California Street. The dispute was over child custody and was only verbal.

Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Medicine Bow Drive with a 56 year old female who was having a reaction from prescribed medication.

Officers investigated a report of Larceny on Nolan Street when a patron at a local bar stated someone stole her purse while at the bar. The investigation is ongoing.

Officers responded to a parking complaint on N 2nd E when the property owner wanted a vehicle removed. The vehicle was tagged for five day parking at the property owner’s request.

Officers were dispatched to a domestic dispute on Saratoga Drive; family members were arguing with each other and no one was injured.
