Jeffrey A Mills, age 33, of Green River, was arrested on 5/21/10 at 16:27 hours on W Flaming Gorge Way. Officers responded to a call regarding an intoxicated subject with a rifle at the gazebo behind Penny’s Diner. Officers arrived and spoke with Mills who was very intoxicated was arrested. A search of Mills person showed he had a marijuana pipe in his possession. A BB rifle was later found. Mills was charged with Public Intoxication and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Kevin Skeans, age 27, of Green River was arrested on 5/21/10 at 13:35 hours on E 2nd N. Skeans came to the GRPD for a civil problem and a routine check showed him to have an active warrant out of Sweetwater County for Wrongful Taking or Disposing of Property. Skeans was arrested and transported to the Sweetwater County Detention Center without incident.

Hushlen Cochran, age 46, of Green River, was arrested on 5/23/10 at 11:50 hours on Roosevelt Street. Cochran was observed driving a four wheeler on Roosevelt Street. Officers were aware of a warrant for Cochran and he was talked to by officers who confirmed the warrant through the Sweetwater County Sheriff’s Office. The warrant was for a probation violation on the original charge of Driving While Intoxicated.

Fernando Pichardo-Bazablua, age 18, of Kearns Utah was arrested on 5/22/10 at 00:28 hours on S Center Street. Bazablua was stopped for a traffic violation and cold not produce a valid driver’s license. A driver’s license check from Utah and Arizona showed no license Bazablua. Bazablua was arrested for Inattentive Driving and No Driver’s license and transported to the Sweetwater County Detention Center without incident.

Officers investigated traffic crashes at the parking lot at Owlfie’s Flower Shop and at the parking lot of Pizza Hut. Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Logan Street. Mary James reported both driver’s side and passenger side mirrors vandalized on her black Nissan pickup truck on the night 5/21/09. Damage was estimated at approximately $300. Anyone with information please call the GRPD at 872-0555. A juvenile problem was reported on Oklahoma Drive.
