Theresa L Brown, age 51, of Green River was arrested on 2/7/13 at 1:55 pm on Hillcrest Way on a warrant out of Circuit Court for Failure to Pay Fines on the original charges of Driving While Suspended and No Insurance. Officers were dispatched to a civil standby on Hillcrest Drive. Dispatched further advised the person asking for the civil standby had an arrest warrant out of Circuit Court. The warrant was confirmed and Brown was taken into custody without incident.

Officers investigated a crash at the GRHS parking lot when a pickup truck driven by a 17 year old male struck a car driven by a 16 year old male. No injuries were reported and damage to both vehicles was estimated at under $1000 each.

Officers took a Malicious Mischief report on Colorado when the victim advised the hood of her car was scratched by an unknown person while it parked in the driveway of her residence. The investigation is ongoing.

Suspicious Circumstances were reported on Schultz Street when the victim advised she thought she heard someone in her back yard. The area was checked and no suspect was located.

Officers were dispatched to a fire alarm at a residence on N Riverbend Drive; a smoke detector went off and the residence was checked and cleared.
