William A Kuehl II, age 38, of Green River was arrested on 2/6/13 at 1:09 am on E Railroad Ave, for Driving While Intoxicated and Attempting to Elude a Police Officer. Kuehl’s vehicle was observed to make a lane use violation and the Kuehl was stopped after a brief chase in which he tried to elude police. Subsequent investigation showed Kuehl was intoxicated and he was taken into custody and transported to jail. A breath test showed his blood alcohol concentration was over triple the legal limit.

John C Jackson, age 31, of Green River was cited for Careless Driving on W Flaming Gorge Way. Jackson was observed by officer to drive in a careless manner in a parking lot when pedestrians were present.

Officers investigated a crash at the Mansface Plaza parking lot when vehicle driven by Kenneth Avery backed into a pickup truck driven by Danny Frey. No injuries were reported and damage to both vehicles was estimated at under $1000 each.

Officers were dispatched to a report of a Domestic Dispute on E 2nd N. The participants gave two different versions of what occurred. There were no signs of physical violence and the persons involved were separated for the night. A report was forwarded to the County Attorney’s office for review.

Officers assisted the GRFD with a fire alarm on E Flaming Gorge Way; the alarm was determined to be unfounded.

Officers assisted Probation and Parole agents on Commerce Drive by witnessing a client’s drug test.

Animal Control Officers responded to Hitching Post Drive regarding a complaint of two German Shepherd dogs at large and the animals were impounded.
