Jeffrey L Stout, age 46, of Green River was arrested on 2/3/13 at 9:25 pm on Hackberry Street for Driving While Intoxicated. Stout was stopped for a lane use violation and subsequent investigation showed he was intoxicated. Stout was taken into custody and transported to jail where a breath test showed his blood alcohol level at over three times the legal limit.
Laurence R Magann, age 41, of Price Utah, was arrested on 2/2/13 at 10:50 pm on Uinta Drive for Driving While Intoxicated. Magann was stopped for speeding and subsequent investigation showed he was intoxicated. Magann was taken into custody and transported to jail where a breath test showed his blood alcohol concentration was over double the legal limit.
Ashley M Foley, age 27, of Green River was arrested on 2/3/13 at 02:07 am on W 2nd N for Driving While Intoxicated. Foley was stopped for driving in the wrong lane of travel. Subsequent investigation showed she was intoxicated. Foley refused to take a breath test and a search warrant was applied for and secured for her blood. Foley was taken to the hospital where an employee secured Foley’s blood pursuant to the warrant. Foley was then transported to jail.
Tyson W Tyler, age 27, of Green River was arrested on 2/3/13 at 02:00 am on E Teton Blvd at Riverbend Drive for Driving While Intoxicated. Tyler was stopped for a lane use violation and subsequent investigation showed he was intoxicated. Tyler was transported to jail and a breath test showed his blood alcohol content was over triple the legal limit. A small amount of marijuana was found in Tyler’s vehicle and he was also cited for the offense.
A 17 year old female was cited for Curfew on 2/2/13 at 02:06 am on Monroe Ave. She was turned over to her parent after being cited.
A juvenile problem was reported at the Green River Recreation Center when a juvenile male brandished a toy gun outside the facility. The boy’s parents were contacted and he was released to his mother after a discussion of possible consequences for his actions.
Officers investigated a crash at the Flaming Gorge Hotel parking lot when a vehicle driven by Daphne Aldrich struck a barrier causing over $1000 in damage to the barrier. No injuries were reported and damage to Aldrich’s vehicle was listed as minor.
A report of a Violation of a Protection order was taken on Knotty Pine Street.
Officers took a report of a Suspicious Telephone Call on S 1st W when the mother of a 12 year old reported her son was getting anonymous calls and text messages from someone in Laramie.
Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Wilkes Drive with a 20 month old child who was having difficulty breathing.
Officers took a dog at large complaint on Oklahoma Drive; a small brown dog was impounded.
Officers assisted ambulance personnel on Green River Way with a 26 year old male who was feeling faint.
Officers assisted ambulance personnel on W 3rd S with a 76 year old male suffering from lower abdominal pains.
