A report of a Battery was taken on E Flaming Gorge Way when an officer doing a business check at a local convenience store found a male who had been assaulted. The victim did not remember where or when or by whom he was assaulted. The investigation is ongoing.

A Nuisance Property warning was issued on Birch Street when a third party made a complaint. The property owner was contacted and advised of the complaint.

Officers assisted a motorist on Upland Way at Hitching Post Drive by pushing a stalled vehicle out of the intersection and clearing the traffic hazard.

Five Day parking warnings were issued on E Teton Blvd.

Officers assisted Rock Springs PD by attempting to locate a suspect vehicle that was involved in a shoplifting case.

Officers assisted Probation and Parole agents by witnessing a client’s drug test on Commerce Way.

Officers responded to a disturbing the peace complaint on E 3rd N. The complainant advised juveniles were knocking on doors and running off. The juveniles were located and turned over to their parents.

Officers initiated a welfare check on a child, at the request of a third party, on Conestoga Way; the child was located and was fine.

Officers responded to an anonymous loud noise complaint on Adams Street; the complaint was unfounded.
