Jeffrey Brian Martinez, age 47, of Green River was arrested on 5/19/10 at 1405 at the police department. Martinez turned himself in after a warrant had been issued for his arrest for felony domestic battery.
Ronald Ryan Williams, age 32, of Green River was arrested on 5/19/10 at 0705 on Monroe Ave. Williams was arrested pursuant to a warrant for violating bond conditions regarding a prior arrest for misdemeanor domestic battery.
Matthew Ryan Hall, age 26, of Green River was arrested for use of a controlled substance on 5/19/10 at 1425 at the Probation and Parole Office on Commerce Way. Hall had tested positive for methamphetamine during a urinalysis and admitted to using methamphetamine earlier in the day.
Ernie Joe Bernal, age 60, of Green River was arrested for public intoxication on 5/20/10 at 0205 in the Union Pacific rail yard. Bernal was observed staggering while attempting to walk over the train tracks. When officers contacted Bernal they noticed a strong odor of alcohol on his breath, slurred speech and other indicators of intoxication.
Officers investigated a crash at the Expedition Academy on 5/19/ 10 when a car driven by Correy Simmons backed into a car driven by Brian Wallace. Wallace was stopped in a no parking zone at the time of the collision. Total damages are estimated in excess of $1000.
Officers investigated a crash at the Smith’s Grocery parking lot on 5/19/10 when a car owned by Traeger Sperry rolled from its parked position and struck a cart return cage.
Officers received a report of a stolen Mongoose bicycle from the area of 255 Riverview.
